For Getting Central Excise Registration by job workers, they should apply online

registration.after applying the same they should submit following documents within
two days to jurisdictional Superintendent of Central Excise.

The website to apply for is : http://www.aces.gov.in/ The preliminary screen shots


are enclosed herewith. Once the details are submitted, the vendor will receive a
password on his email. The vendor will have to re-login, enter the password and
complete the application on-line.

Post application, vendor will have to take the following documents and submit the
same to Excise office in Mumbai.

a) Copy of Online registration application

b) Memorandom of Assosiation/Article of Association

c) Company's PAN Card (Duly attested)

d) Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill land line (Duly attested)

e) copy of IEC/RCMC

f) copy of ground plan map

After getting central excise registration, the job worker/vendor should follow and
maintain the the following steps.

1) Gate Register with serial number

2) Cenvat Register for Inputs (RG23A & Form IV)

3) Accounts of duty paid credit in input

4) Daily Production report

5) Daily stock register RG1

6) Excise Invoice (under Rule 11


7) Account current PLA (for payment of excise duty through GAR-7 Challan)

8) Monthly Return ER-1
