NARRATIVE REPORT

Our first day in Lucban, Quezon, October 26,2010 was an

orientation,we introduced ourselves to the Municipal
Sanitation Inspector Mrs. Babette Casino and Mr. Zandro
Omlas and to other RHU personnel. On the same day we went
to the Municipal Hall for our courtesy call to the Municipal
Mayor and to the Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Victorino Q.
Arana. After the courtesy call we start our programs and
review our job descriptions, functions and duties,
familiarization of report forms and records conducted by Mr.
Zandro Omlas. And on the second day October 27, 2010, we
went to the town proper for water inspection of Water
Refilling Station(Living Water) and to Baracan Spring water
source for Sanitary survey and water sampling. We observed
to the location facility area And learned how it operate and
our responsibilities for that matter and the Importance of
Implementing Rules and Regulation. And we conducted Health
Education by sharing information to the Brgy.
Communities.On the third Day we visit the dumpsite of
Barangay Kalyaat for inspection and observation.From them
we learned how the garbage properly disposed by segregating
the biodegradable and non-biodegradable, and how waste
product used as fertilizer. They teach us how to make a septic
tank for toilet construction. October 29, last day of our
training ,we visited the Campville Pasalubong Store and SLSU
canteen for inspection of their facilities, areas and their storage
of food products and Salt testing for Iodine content. And
evaluation follows in RHU.
