As ur hand approaches towards d stove u can feel d heat, so ur


forewarned that if u touch u ll get burnt.

People must kno in advance wat performance & behavioural standrads

If u touch a hot stove, it burns u immeidetly nt some time later

Conversation about performance should take place immideately d


event that triggers them. Nt b left until later.

CONSISTENCY:

When ever u touch a hot stove, it always burns u , it does nt burns u at


sometimes and not others.
For performance conversations and any resulting actions to be
effective,these must take place in a consistent fashion. Not in an ad hoc
way…

IMPARTIALITY:

Whoever touches the stove it will burnt. It is the act of touching the
stove that leads to a painful effect, not some characteristics of persons
& it does not burn some people and not others.
