    Fly-in – Euroavia Paris

    Dear AS,

    Once every two years, the famous Paris Airshow will take place from Monday the 20th of June to
    Sunday the 26th of June 2011. As the French board, we would like to organize a Fly-In especially for
    this event.

    This world famous event brings a lot of people, so we need to make the bookings as soon as possible
    to be sure that everyone will have a good time.

    Here is what we have planned:

     Sunday 19/06: arrivals in Paris, check in.


     Monday 20/06: Day at the Bourget Meeting, static exposition and flight demonstrations of
    the latest military and civil aviation planes.
     Tuesday 21/06:
    - visit of Dassault Aviation in the morning
    - presentation of our sponsors
    - Spirits Night
     Wednesday 22/06: day in Paris (museums, bateau-mouche, etc.).
     Thursday 23/06: day in Paris, surprise and final dinner.
     Friday 24/06: departures

    This schedule is not final and may change between now and the event.

    The French board will take care of the organization and everything will be included in the price of the
    Fly-in (around 100 €/prs).

    Please send us an e-mail at euroavia.paris@gmail.com before the 1st of January to tell us how many
    people of your AS are interested in coming. This is not a reservation, this is only for logistic purposes
    in order to set up a preliminary organization plan.
