6. Thou shalt not use artificial sweeteners
7. Thou shalt not use plastics/aluminum/Teflon for food preparation or storage
8. Thou shalt not eat any processed/frozen/tinned/preserved/colored food
9. Thou shalt not smoke drink any carbonated liquid or alcohol
10. Thou shalt eat right proportions of ω3, ω6 and ω9 fats and avoid
trans/rancid/hydrogenated fats
