Description:

This project will be upgrading a house’s energy efficiency and will utilize new
technology and techniques to conserve energy and water consumption. This project will
incorporate upgrading windows, adding solar panels and tank less water heaters,
insulating, upgrading appliances and adding water heating and water recycling system as
well as a propane generator.

Scope:

Innovative contractors will upgrade the Gonzalez house’s efficiency while utilizing
innovative techniques to reduce utility bills with a budget of $205,000 and a project
duration of 2 months. The procured house will be systematically upgraded with energy
efficient materials and appliances:

 Windows
 Solar panels
 Tank less water heaters
  Insulation
 Upgrading appliances
 Geothermal Unit
 Water recycling system
 Propane generator

The procured materials will be allocated from multiple manufacturers and experts will
have to be contracted for certain instillations such as the solar panels, insulation,
geothermal unit, water recycling system, and propane generator.
