2. Design external rings for bouynacy tank of 2.2m diameter with a wall thickness of
10mm to be installed at design water depth of 120m. The material of construction
is ASTM A36, The initial unsupported length shall be taken as 20m and the rings
shall be designed without flanges.

and wall thickness of S0mm with yeild strength of 345 MPa. ‘The bending
moment acting on the leg is 200 Tonne.m. The unsupported length is 15m. The
