Introduction

“On the job training” (OJT) is the action of one who or that which trains during working hours. It is
anything that has to be done especially a definite single piece of work, also the thing worked on.

One must be attending strictly to the matter at hand that is to lie or to lay down on the job. This
training is done heartily by a trainee so that he will be successful the appropriate time will come for him
to seek for livelihood in the future. The trainee will no longer be hard up in copying with this chosen job
because he is already well trained to do such task, maybe inclined to his course that he finished in or out
of school for that matter.

Training then plays a vital role in making an in individual be acquainted or to be well versed in a
particular assigned tasks in a certain place to work with.

I wish to convey my heartfelt gratitude to my dear parents who give their full support in the
accomplishment of my “ On the Job Training ” (OJT), a requirement in my course, Bachelor of Arts,
major in Political Science.

My heartfelt thanks too, is likewise extended to my smart professor, Dean Grace Angelito who served

To my beautiful and handsome classmates, thank you for being so nice and good to me during our
challenging tasks I accomplishing our On the job Training at the City Vice Mayor’s Office, Carig,
Tuguegarao City.
