    December 28, 2009 – 7:00, PM
    Council members and staff present – H. Thomas Eddy, Jeffrey Berger, Robert Carichner, Brian Lambert, Barry Hess,
    Mayor Frank Welsh, J. Howard Langdon, Dale Cahn, Dolores Moyer, and Chief Shearer

    The regular meeting of the Hughesville Borough Council was called to order by Council Vice-President Bob
    Carichner, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

    Guests and Visitors: Bob Simmons, Walter Reed, Harvey Breneisen, Steve Stiger, Andy Mook, Bill Senseman,
    Jullian Perry

    Business:
     General Fund - Check# 638-6540 $ 5,800.00. Barry Hess moved, seconded by Tom Eddy.
    Motion passed.

     Final approval 2010 Budget. Barry Hess moved, seconded by Tom Eddy. Motion passed.
    ROLL CALL: Carichner – Y; Berger – Y; Lambert – Y; Hess – Yes; Eddy - Y

     Ordinance 7 of 2009 – Tax Levy. Tax rate for general purposes 4.40 mills
    For the purposes of alley and curbing .60 mills
    Total: 5.00 mills
    ROLL CALL: Carichner – Y; Lambert - Y; Berger – Y; Hess – Y; Eddy – Y.

    Adjournment: 7:13 PM. Barry Hess moved, seconded by Tom Eddy. Motion passed.
