Only one of the following was corrected in the previous fob. Please also
attend to the other issues.
1. If the assessment year is selected as described in the screenshot,
the values are printed in the report are NULL.
2. The line before Gross Total Income has to be deleted.
3. Please make the Form 16 to fit in two pages. The format given by us has
only 2 pages. Adhere to the same.
4. The BSR code and the date of tax deposit and transfer challan details are
available with us. How this should be mapped to the Form 16

5. Place and date needs to be entered. Please provide an input table for
entering place and date of issue- THIS IS OK
6. The designation of Mr. Narendra Kumar is Head - Finance.
In the employee card of Naren, his job title is HEAD, this is for HR
purposes.
The details in Form 16 for the designation come from here at the
moment.
But in Form 16 the designation should be printed as HEAD- FINANCE.
Please suggest how this can be achieved.
7. Additionally, the employee name is not printed in full, last name also
has to get printed, designation is not printed.
8. Designation should be printed as on 31 March.If an employee's designation
(Job title) changes after revision from 1 april, his designation as on 31
march only to be printed.
