Aim : Activity planning.

Theory :

Activity Planning is the holistic process that looks at our activity set from concept (LTP - long
term plan) to execution.  Activity Planning defines the broad Upstream planning and scheduling
process used to progress work that accurse on an operating site across a Region.

The primary function is to work as a project scheduler helping to manage the work of several
project manager types.

There is some administration of the planning tool (Primavera required); however, prior
knowledge of Primavera is NOT required.  We will train someone on the basics of this program.

The important skill sets include understanding the principles around scheduling, being generally
IT proficient, have some experience with a scheduling tool like MS Projects, be willing to learn,
have a great attitude and wants to have fun in a high pace environment
Conclusion : Hence the activity planning is studied.
