    AFRICABUIL

    CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN


    ABU AMODU AND CHARLES GOLD

    This Agreement is made this 18th day of April, 2011 by and


    between Abu Amodu and Charles Gold on Africa build
    Event.
    WHEREAS this Letter of Agreement sets forth that Abu
    Amodu and Charles Gold wishes to enter into a contractual
    arrangement in piloting the event 'AFRICABUILD'

    THEREFORE, it is agreed that the proceeds generated will


    be shared by both parties on a 50-50 basis and similarly the
    loss should there be, would also be born equally by both
    parties
