Sub: - Mal functioning of Electrical Meter.

It is noticed that our Electrical Meter is not functioning properly. While taking meter reading on

16/03/20211, the Spot Biller had prepared bill for the average consumption. The guarantee period of

the Electronic Meter is valid up to 31/06/2013. I request you to take immediate action for the early

repair or replacement of the Electric Meter. My consumer number is 6238-0.
