Clearstate is a niche research and consulting firm offering strategic advisory services to medical devices,
healthcare services, pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients to help them grow their business in Asia
Pacific. Headquartered in Singapore and covering the Asia Pacific region, Clearstate is now expanding its
operations in Singapore, and is seeking high calibre and talented individuals to be part of this dynamic
team.

The primary responsibilities of the Field Manager are:

Fieldwork coordination: Oversee and supervise the progress of project fieldwork

Team supervision: Manage a team of fieldworkers

The candidate should ideally possess the following skills / relevant experience

3 to 5 years experience in team supervision and project management

Proven track record in managing and supervising multiple teams in survey projects

Highly meticulous and possess excellent organizational skills

Very familiar with Microsoft Office suite of programmes

Some knowledge of SPSS is a plus

Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality

Multi-tasking is expected

Prior experience as a fieldwork manager / supervisor in market research firms is COMPULSORY
