 To know the awareness of employee regarding industrial change


 To provide some general information on the impact of privatization on employment
environment, company industrial relations, procedures and systems or procedures in
HRP.
 To assist the impact of privatization on organisation production.
 To understand flexibility of organisation regard industry relations change.

Scope

 Any newly introduced strategy has its own merits and demerits. Thus researcher found
there is immense scope to study and ascertain whether TCC had given optimal result with
respect to study the perception of employees in TCC regarding the changing industrial
situations and its impact in motivation.
