Vadiraj Daksi Yantur

Vadiraj Daksi Yantyr (Vadiraj) is a monk from the distant continent of Vudra, who is dedicated to
the Vudrani god Varishan. He is a member of monk order of the champions of Khurma, who aim
to emulate the actions of the god Varishan in his incarnation Khurma. Although they strive for
inner peace and self-perfection, they also actively champion the cause of good and fight the
demons and spirits that plague Vudra.

Vadiraj has come to Cheliax in pursuit of his missing sister, Arja, who is thought to have been
abducted by an evil spirit (Rakshasha) and sold into slavery to one of the many noble houses in
Cheliax. He is determined to find Arja, and free her from slavery.

Although Vadiraj is also dedicated to eradicating devils and demons, when given the chance, he
is also wise enough not to rashly attack all devils or devil worshippers in Cheliax, realizing that
his useless death at the hands of a powerful devil would benefit neither the people of Cheliax,
nor his sister.
