 Што се INCOTETMS?

INCOTERMS се сет од правила кои се употребуваат во меѓународната трговија. Тие

за прв пат беа публикувани од страна на Меѓународна стопанска комора
(International Chamber of Commerce-ICC) во 1936 година, од тогаш до денес се
надополнети во 1953, 1976, 1980, 1990 година и последната верзија од 2000 година.

Incoterms ги регулираат правата и обврските на продавачот и купувачот во

меѓународните трговски договори

INCOTERMS се употребуваат за структуирање на одредана група на договорни

членови во комерцијалните договори.
Incoterms се групирани во четири категории, а вкупно се 13:
E-Terms
EXW Ex Works (… named place)

F-Terms

FCA Free Carrier (... named place)

FAS Free Alongside Ship (... named port of shipment)
FOB Free On Board (... named port of destination)
C-Terms

CFR Cost and Freight (... named port of destination)

CIF Cost Insurance and Freight (... named port of destination)
CPT Carriage Paid To (... named place of destination)
CIP Carriage and Insurance Paid To (... named place of destination)
D-Terms

DAF Delivered At Frontier (... named place)

DES Delivered Ex Ship (... named port of destination)
DEQ Delivered Ex Quay (... named port of destination)
DDU Delivered Duty Unpaid (... named place of destination)
DDP Delivered Duty Paid (... named place of destination)
Овие термини специфично ги регулираат:

•Испораката и превземањето на стоката

•Поделбата на трошоците
•Трансфер на ризикот
•Доказ за испорака, транспортни документи или еквивалентна
електронска порака

Тие не го регулираат:

•Трансферот на сопственоста
•Процесот на плаќање
•Применливото право
