Reflection Paragraph
My Food Pyramid
Oils and Fats: Chocolate,
Doughnuts, about 1 to .5 ounces

Grains: Cereal, Bread, Grains, about 7 ounces daily

Vegetables: Broccoli, Cauliflowers, Spinach, etc. about 3 cups daily


My Food Pyramid
My pyramid is much different than the normal food pyramid. Since
I normally don’t eat breakfast very much, my grain diet is not very high.
I seem to focus a lot of proteins and dairy diets much more. The fats and
oils diet is the least amount in both pyramids. It seems that I need to start
eating breakfast more. I have already started on trying to eat breakfast
more often for the past 2 weeks. I may need to tone down my
consumption of protein and dairy products to help balance my pyramid
to the way it is suppose to be. My maintenance of oils and fats are just
right. Still a lot of adjustment must be made to have a “healthier
pyramid”

Fruits: Apples, grapes, about 2


cups

Proteins: Chicken, Beef, about 6 ounces

Dairy: Milk, Cheese, Yogurt, about 3 cups daily
