    Subject: Elected Officials Salary Adjustments

    In accordance with Section 203 of the City Charter, the Mayor and City Council
    Member’s salaries are to be automatically adjusted each July 1. Additionally, per
    the Salary Resolution section 35A, all elected officials, City Attorney, City
    Prosecutor, and City Auditor, are to be automatically adjusted on July 1 as well.
    It has also been the practice of the City Council to adjust the salary of the City
    Clerk each July 1. We have calculated the change in the Consumer Price Index
    from December 2009 to December 2010 as an increase of 1.3%.

    We will process the appropriate documents in the payroll/personnel system to


    generate the increases.
