Business Overview

Lockhouse.Net is the proposed worldwide information clearing house for the package and bulk gas
industry that will build a foundation under the existing TrackAbout value chain. A central idea behind the
project is creating a unique single-standard globally acceptable asset labeling process that will ensure
high level security and tracking.

Demand Supply Gap – Lockhouse addresses the demand supply gap which exists currently due to
inefficiencies in tracking gas assets. No common standards and lack of technological processes leads to
inefficiencies in maintenance, regulatory inspections, and illegal reuse.

Synergies with TrackAbout – As Lockhouse will be developed on the TrackAbout technology, the fixed
cost of the project will not be too high. Also, it should also be able to leverage the existing clientage of
TrackAbout consisting of major players in the gas industry.

Collaborative nature of the industry – The gas industry is quite collaborative in nature and with major
companies following the Lockhouse standards will allow them to seamlessly share their assets with each
other if required.

Opportunities for scalability – Once a framework based on unique identification is developed, the
framework can be applied to other industries as well where asset tracking can be a problem.

Exit Strategies – There is a scope of acquisition by the Government Gas regulatory agencies as it allows
them to standardize and closely monitor the supply chain of a potentially dangerous asset.
