When the revived Chinese Empire occupied the Philippine islands, the United

States had already fallen and was nothing more than a third world country. The

Occupation arrived rapidly and penetrated deep. There were those who were

quick to side with the invaders, but in the end, there was imposed a racial policy

wherein those who were genuine Chinese coming from the mainland were given

the biggest slice of the pie which was the newly occupied territories.
