SHADE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Before beginning lamp assembly, carefully unpack all items

2. Place the lamp BASE on a level surface. Locate the STEM with
KNURL NUT, CHECK RING and SPACER. Place the bottom of
the SPACER into the CHECK RING on top of SOCKET
CAP
CLUSTER. Place the CHECK RING on top of the SPACER.
Pass the bottom end of STEM with KNURL NUT through the
center hole of CHECK RING and thread into the COUPLING.

3. Locate the CAST RING and thread onto the end of the STEM
SHADE as shown (stepped side facing upward). Hand tighten ring until
snug against KNURL NUT.

3A. FOR SHADE WITH ATTACHED CAST RING: (Refer to Figure

1) Depending on style purchased, CAST RING will be attached
to top of SHADE. Pass center of SHADE over top of STEM.
With the SHADE properly seated against KNURL NUT, pass
CAP over STEM. Thread FINIAL onto end of STEM. Hand
tighten to secure SHADE to lamp.

4. With power OFF, install bulbs referring to lamp markings and / or

labels for maximum wattage. Note: number of bulbs depends on
style purchased.
CAST RING
5. Locate the SHADE over the top the of CAST RING and place
the CAP on top of the SHADE.
KNURL NUT
6. Plug the ELECTRICAL SUPPLY CORD into the wall outlet.
STEM Retain this sheet for future reference.
