1200 MHz VCO module

The design relies on initial calculations done with the aid of Salut.

All passive components are in size 0603.

BBY53-03W is a hyperabrupt varactor designed for low tuning voltages.

Some measurements on a module:

frequency span versus resonator L, (0 - 3.3 V tuning voltage)

10 nH -> 947-1177 MHz
6.8 nH -> 1086-1337 MHz
5.6 nH -> 1104-1350 MHz

Power output with coupling L=15nH: 10dBm @ 1300 MHz

single side band phase-noise @ 3.3V supply, 1300 MHz

10 kHz offset: -82 dBc/Hz
25 kHz offset: -90 dBc/Hz
100 kHz offset: -105 dBc/Hz

The phase-noise could be better, but hopefully it's not too high for the module to
be used in a synthesizer for narrow band FM at the 23 cm band.
