in Primary School in Petaling District.

Introduction

Total Quality Management (TQM) has a positive relationship with the school organization. TQM has
always given a positive impact on the commercial sectors. However, in relation with the school
management concept it has been noted that in public sector especially school management, it is
becoming an argument issue whether the school management is effectively adopting the TQM in
relation with Quality School Management System. Previous studies show that TQM is not
implemented in effective and systematic way in the school management. There are a lot of areas of
improvement need to put in place in order for TQM to be successfully carry- out. The Co-Curriculum
Senior Assistant plays the vital role in the school management. However, most of the assistant are
finding difficulties in adopting and implementing the TQM concept in relation with school
management.

Problem on the Study

Based on the working title, need to identify what is the implementation of TQM in school
management in primary school, the level of implementation on TQM among the Co-Curriculum
Senior Assistant in primary school and the instruments that could be used to measure the level of
TQM among the primary school Co-Curriculum Senior Assistant.

Objective of the Study

The study is being to conducted to know the level of TQM in the context of primary school
management, to build the TQM among the Co-Curriculum Senior Assistants at primary school
management and to give the appropriate suggestion and skills on TQM to Senior Assistants based
on the primary school management.

Methodology

The types of research method that will be used mainly depend on the topic which is being
researched. Therefore, the interview technique would be the method of research in Primary School
in Petaling District.
