CLEARLAKE APARTMENTS Highland 7145 CLEARLAKE, CALIFONIA Highland Property Construction, Inc. completed the renovation of the Clearlake Apart- ments in 2006. Improvements to the existing in-unit amenities included remodeling of the kitchens and bathrooms, featuring new countertops, solid oak cabinets with panel doors and hardware. Ranges, refrigerators, flooring and air conditioning units were re- placed as needed. All of the furnaces were also replaced. The improvements to the existing community amenities comprised the replacement of the playground with new commercial grade playground equipment, new exterior lighting throughout the premises, painting of all buildings.
