The purpose of communication is full, complete, and perfect information transfer, so that the person in
other end can understand the message properly and clearly at the same time.

That’s why it is necessary to choose the right method of communication. You should know whom are
you talking to and how are you talking to and maintain a hierarchy during the decision transfer process.
It is not expected that one skip away his or her boss and report any information to the higher authority,
to take the credit. Mind you, your boss will surely try to investigate the depth of the information and as
a result you might lose your credibility and responsibility.

Now, if an employee does so being a manager you should punish the employee one time mentioning his
or her fault over the specific work and do not guess or predict about the employees performance over a
performance on single work. Here might be various problems that might have caused him performing
lower than expected. Remember that punishing an employee you are actually transferring a message
and also projecting your image towards the other employees.

Let us think about a govt. office where you are sitting before an officer who is reading a news paper and
you are trying every possible way to break his concentration over the newspaper, he seems to listen to
you, but when you are asking for a feedback, he seems to be totally unaware. Now, he might be
sleeping; and what your minds tell is, lets weak him up throwing jog of water to the rustles face, but that
thinking is really worthless and you know you can not do it easily, even though you want. According to
science, he is acting falsely, showing false conscience towards you. This is called as the false conscience.
What you should do is make people listen to you.

So, to make people listen to you, you must try to make a first great impression through your smartness,
trying to maintain culture and ethics of a place, punctuality, appearance, calmness, and easiness and
most of all be confident. Remember that, your smartness not really focuses on your dress, style, but it is
behavioral criteria to adopt, present, and prepare with and for any possible situations, culture, and
environment. There is a quote that, “In both way you can smile, a winners smile and a losers confessing
smile, but in both way you are smiling and projecting you are satisfied and certainly not upset through
loosing.” Now, it is not easy all the time to smile, but you can wear a smile easily than to get ferocious,
as it requires only 14 muscles to smile while 72 others to frown. What reflects our smile are your
confidence and freeness which all reflects your personality.
Confidence is one thing that gives you assurance over your decision transfer. We always believe that
knowing everything is confidence, but that is really not true, but to keep yourself upbeat and lively is the
sign of confidence.
