Event Description

• A 7.5 km marathon

• Suggested Time Line : 5th March 2011

• Event Duration : 4-5 Hours

• The Race to be conducted as per Mandatory Protocols.

• Category : Professionals, Senior Citizen, Amateurs, Children.

Expected Participation :- 10000+

Event Methodology

• Rules to differ for different segments

• Participant to be segregated in Packs.

• Each Pack to start at time interval of 8-10 min.

• Each Pack to have 50-70 participants

• Appx. 25 Packs to be created.

• The Professionals and Amateurs to do the entire circuit.

• Senior Citizen and Children to do a 2-3 Km stretch as a pleasure Run

• The Professionals/Amateurs to be awarded Prizes based on performance

• The race to start with the Professional segment first followed by the Amateur and finally the
Senior Citizen and the Children.

• The Children may be further classified in to different age groups.

• A Safety Car and Ambulance to accompany each pack

• Safety Riders in the form of Motor Cycle Riders also to accompany each pack

• Hydration Points to be created after every 2 Km.

• Considering that senior citizens and children shall be racing for the first 3 kms, Hydration
points shall be set up every 1km for the initial 3 km.

• Mailers to our existing database inclusive of Corporate, School and College Students.

• Extensive PR to be generated by utilizing the organization’s PR and Publicity team.

• Participating sponsors have the opportunity to place banners in the event venue.
