    APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF (OFFICE ASSISTANT)

    I wish to apply for the post of office assistant as advertised in the news paper.

     I am very interested in pursuing a career in the field of NGO’s sector. I have completed a wide
    range of subjects that provide me with a firm base of knowledge and skills relevant to the
    requirements of such position. Also have experience that how to handle the office work.

    I notice that the position you advertised requires one to two years of work experience. Although I
    have two years above work experience, which is clearly mention in my CV.

     I believe that my knowledge and skills will help me contribute a great deal to your department.
    Above all, I possess the interest and determination to perform well in the position you are
    offering.

    I look forward to meeting with you to discuss the position further. If I am given the said post I do
    my best to satisfied you from my conduct and hope you will certainly send me a call for
