I, the undersigned is Suhartono, born in East Java Bondowoso, I have

completed through education expert nautical II in BP3IP Jakarta ANT II certificate, dated
26-February-2009, I graduated ANT III in 2005, with a diploma that I worked in the
company shipping Adhi Guna Samudra Lines, with the position Officer III selqama 1
year and the year Second Officer II I served the same ship that is KM.Adhiguna five with
10,000 DWT dwt, and then I was promoted to the management of land as an Operations
Manager / Traffic Branch office Tg.Priok.
I am getting information from my colleagues, which requires personnel with the
Company Mr. ANT II certificate to be placed ship as a captain, I am interested in the
formation of the above, so I submit this cover letter.
I am confident with my abilities, I would be able to carry out the work according to the
position.
So my application, I enclose herewith a copy of Biodata and documents for consideration
by the father and I hope the father may be willing to join in the company failure by my

III selqama 1 tahun dan tahun ke dua saya menjabat Mualim II dikapal yang sama yaitu
KM.Adhiguna lima dengan DWT 10.000 dwt, dan selanjutnya saya dipromosikan ke
manajemen darat sebagai Manajer Operasi/Traffic dikantor Cabang Tg.Priok.
Saya mendapatkan informasi dari rekan saya,yang mana Perusahaan Bapak
membutuhkan tenaga dengan Ijazah ANT II untuk ditempatkan dikapal sebagai
Nakhoda,saya tertarik dengan formasi tersebut diatas,sehingga saya mengajukan surat
lamaran ini.
