BAKED GINGER FISH◦

1 cup chopped onions ]


3 tbs minced ginger ]
½ tsp curry powder ] A
1 tbs serai ]

¼ cup orange juice ]


2 tbs rice wine ]
2 tbs sesame oil ] B
2 tbs fish sauce ]

½ tsp pepper
8 pcs Dory fish

Garnish :
Chillies
Peppers

Method :

1. Mix A well and then add B and pepper.

2. Marinate fish for about 2 hours in the fridge covered with cling wrap.

3. Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 180ºC for about 30 minutes.

4. Garnish and serve hot.
