7.Soft Skills like command over English, people management skills, and customer

8.Project Management Skills and Technical Skills including Java, J2EE and any da

9.Management of large delivery programs involving the full spectrum of Software
Services Delivery activities including Client Relationship Management, Delivery
management, management/technology Consulting support, Solution Conceptualization
