This estimate is based on the below set up fees quoted by the software vendor and the Borough
Ordinance regarding when the nature, format, manner of collation or volume of a government record
embodied in the form of printed matter to be inspected, examined or copied is such that the record
cannot be reproduced by ordinary document copying equipment in ordinary business size or when an
extraordinary expenditure of time and effort is required to accommodate a request.

Also, I will contact you once set up has been accomplished and the first bill list is run to determine the
amount of time required to run all bill lists for the year 2010 which may require additional funds to
complete your request.
Programming $195.00 per hour or portion thereof
Support $160.00 per hour or portion thereof
Training $135.00 per hour or portion thereof
Data Entry $125.00 per hour or portion thereof

2-68 FEES FOR DOCUMENTS AND SERVICES.

f. Whenever the nature, format, manner of collation or volume of a government record

embodied in the form of printed matter to be inspected, examined or copied is such that the record
cannot be reproduced by ordinary document copying equipment in ordinary business size, and, in the
discretionary judgment of the custodian, an extraordinary expenditure of time and effort is required to
accommodate the request whether the request is for inspection and examination or for copying, a fee of
fifty ($50.00) dollars per hour shall be imposed based upon the amount of time required to produce the
document for production. If copying is requested, the fee provided for in paragraph b. shall also be
charged.
