Mutual rescission of lease

This agreement, day of ____________ by and between ____________ as

landlord/owner and _____________________________ as renters/tenants, shall
operate by mutual agreement, and for the benefit of all parties hereto, fully
rescind forever the lease executed by and between the parties hereto on the day
of _______________.

It is hereby agreed that all claims or demands of whatever kind or nature arising
under or as a result of said lease or the occupation or letting of said premises are
hereby fully released by the parties hereto.

And that a full refund (875$) of the tenant security deposit will be made by the
landlord/owner.
