To be able to have a good level of agility you need a good level of Balance, Speed, Strength and Coordination. You can improve your agility by practicing the components above. An example’ of this is in rugby when you need to change direction to avoid a tackle at speed, like Shane Williams or Bryan Habana and many others, also in football like Cristano Ronaldo to also change direction at speed.
