Another tough cross country race, and another equally tough Crook team took to the
field.

Crook ladies, completed another fine performance ending up 9th on the day leaving them
in an equal 9th place in the overall rankings.
First home for the ladies was Sarah Oates running from the medium pack with a fantastic
time of 28:56 and 20th position overall.

The Crook men, raced well finishing in 4th place on the day in division 2 taking them to
3rd place overall. With promotion in their grasp all is left to play for.
Ian McGrath was first home for the men’s team completing a stunning run from the
medium pack to finish in 27th place overall with a time of 37:02. Another heroic
performance saw Mike Simpson joining Ian in the medium pack for the next race, Mike
finishing in 30th place in a time of 39:42, well done Mike.
