FLOOR AMENDMENT NO.____ By Amend C.S.S.B. No. 1811 by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly Sec. __. Funding of Student Centers for Family and Traditional values. It is the intent of the Legislature that an institution of higher education shall not use any amount of appropriated funds and or state property, facility and or building to support a gender and sexuality center or other center for students focused on gay, lesbian, homosexual, bisexual, pansexual, transsexual, transgender, gender questioning, or other gender identity issues.
