Thank you for your interest in providing your services to Saint Martin de Porres Parish.

This year, we will be commemorating the 15th Founding Anniversary of our parish. In line with
this celebration, we will be publishing a Crystal Anniversary Souvenir Magazine, a memento of
memories containing a historical sketch, summary of parish events and activities, and sponsors.

At present, we are currently looking for a printer who can provide us with printing services that is
both of high quality and value for money. We have the following tentative specifications for your
perusal:

Dimensions : Letter (8.5” x 11”)

Printed Pages : 204 (duplex printing, including cover)
Paper Stock (Cover) : Fold coat board
Paper Stock (Inside) : Glossy (C2S - 2 sides coated)
Color : Inside and Outside Front/Back Cover: Full color
Inside: 50 pages colored, 150 pages B&W
Number of Copies : 200
Type of Binding : Book Binding
Cover Lamination : Matte or Plastic
Artwork : Material to be provided in PDF
Support : Provide labor cost for lay-out artist
Target Delivery : 1st week of October 2011

The above specifications may change. Kindly provide us a quotation including cost
adjustments for change in the number of pages/copies, increase/decrease of colored
pages and use of alternative paper stock and binding.
