General guidelines for cemtec epoxy systems

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces to be treated with Epoxy must be structurally sound, dry, clean, free from oil, dust, grease,
curing compounds and other loose particals, the best method of cleanig are sandblasting and
scarifying. Remove any standing water and allow it to dry. THE EPOCY SYSTEM SHOULD NOT BE APPLY
WHEN NEW CONCRETE IS LESS THAN 28 DAYS OLD.

MIXING DIRECTIONS

FOR PRIMERS, SEALERS, BONDING AGENT & TOP COATS

The part B, the hardener is added to part A, the resin. Make sure to completely drainthe can of all the
partB materials. Use a slow ½ elecric hand drill fitted with th ejiffy mixer. Use both circular and up and
down motions when mixing. Mix 2 to 3 minutes to achieve the through mixing.

FOR EPOXY MORTARS, GROUTS

After mixing part A and part B, pour the aggregates, part C, into the epoxy slowly and continue to mix
for further 3 to 5 minutes or until the aggregates are completely wetted with the epoxy, discharge the
epoxy system from the mixer and place immediately when the epoxy primer is tacky liquid.

GENERAL APPLICATION

Priming and Bonding : apply the material bye brush, roller or bye airless spray in a uniform fashion. Do
not allow the material to be puddle. Porous surface may required a second coat for proper ultimate
performance. If the top coats are to be applied as the primer, it should be diluted with the solvent as
recommended in the literature.

TOP COAT

Apply epoxy as a top coat by roller, brushor spray. Do not dilute with any solvent. Allow to cure for
14days before putting into the service. For non skid surface please refer to the separate brouchure.

TROWELABLE MORTAR

Spread the mortar with a trowel or square anded shovel to a thickness of about 3 mm more than
desired hight of overlay. Compact and finished bye hand or by machine trowel. For large areas,
planning of laying sequenes is eccential. Adequate quantity of material should be placed continously
to achieve a most uniform and level surface.

Salutation: Use a neutral salutation. And since you don't know the intended recipient, it will be safe to use
'Whomsoever It May Concern'.

First paragraph: No need to stretch the letter. Get straight to the point and tell the person that this letter is
a proof of work experience letter. Mention the 'from' and 'to' dates in this paragraph.

Second paragraph: In the second paragraph, you can write a little about the employee, regarding his job
description and how well he handled it. Also mention a line or two about his general behavior.

(There is no real need for a third paragraph, because you cover all the points in the first two itself. Plus,
no employer pays more than a few minutes' attention to the letter. A passing glance at the dates, job
responsibilities and qualities is all he's looking for. So don't go on and on in the letter.)

End the letter with best wishes for the employee.
