* Developed and coordinated deployment of Multi-phase Management Training progr

* Re-engineered New Hire and On-Boarding processes by implementing Applicant Tr
acking System and eVerify, automating data entry and background checks/drug scre
ens, and streamlining on-boarding for over 2,500 hires annually, eliminating one
full-time headcount and reducing time-to-hire by three days.
* Lead bi-annual associate survey for 10,000 associates. Anonymously obtain re

* Functional Project Lead during PeopleSoft HRMS upgrade from version 7.5 to ve
rsion 8.0 (2001), upgrade from version 8.0 to version 8.8 (2005) and upgrade fro
