deficiencies in either the customer‟s roles as a stakeholder in the proposed
system or the developer‟s role in working with the customer.

3. Identify and critically analyse the main phases of the DSDM process, and
compare and contrast them with relevant stages of a traditional „waterfall‟
approach.
