Driving Directions to X-FAB Sarawak

From Kuching International Airport to X-FAB Sarawak, Sama Jaya Free Industrial Zone
(Total Distance is approximately 13km) (Refer to orange arrows on the map above)
(Bear in mind that Kuching practices driving on the left side of the road)
1. Exit Kuching International Airport and proceed to the nearest Kuching town exit.
2. Go 1.6km straight down Jalan Lapangan Terbang until you reach a flyover and take the left lower lane,
use the roundabout under the flyover to the 4th exit into Jalan BDC Stampin.
3. At Jalan BDC Stampin, go straight until you reach a set of traffic lights.
(Notice, Shopping Complex to your left)
4. Proceed straight until you reach a small roundabout. Follow the outer left lane and take the 2nd exit
to Jalan Tabuan Stutong and Kota Samarahan.
5. Go straight and you'll pass a small bridge. (Notice, housing area on your left and right)
6. You will reach another roundabout; take the 2nd exit, which is the main entrance to Sama Jaya
Free Industrial Zone.
7. Proceed 1.4km within the Industrial Zone and you will pass through 3 roundabouts.
8. On third roundabout, take the 3rd exit, by now you will be able to see X-FAB logo at its main entrance.
9. The vehicle / taxi driver will need to stop at the main gate, to get an entrance pass.
 
From Kuching City Centre to X-FAB Sarawak, Sama Jaya Free Industrial Zone
(Total Distance is approximately 12.5km) (Refer to orange arrows on the map above)
Point of reference: Hilton Hotel, Kuching.
1. Exit Hilton Kuching, turn left and take another left at Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman. Proceed
0.3km straight to Lebuh Wayang. (Notice a set of traffic lights at the cross section of Jalan Main Bazaar
(on your right), Lebuh Wayang and Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman; Buddhist temple on the left hand side
of the road on hill top)
2. Proceed 0.3km along Lebuh Wayang and turn left at the traffic lights of Jalan McDougall and Lebuh
Wayang. (Notice St. Mary's Primary School on your right)
3. Go straight 0.4km down Jalan McDougall that joins up to Jalan Tabuan.
4. You will see a roundabout where Jalan Tabuan and Jalan Ban Hock meet. Follow through the round
about and take your 2nd left turn into Jalan Tabuan.
5. Proceed 0.3km down Jalan Tabuan until you reach a set of traffic lights at the intersection of Jalan
Tabuan and Jalan Tan Sri Ong Kee Hui.
6. Go 2km straight down Jalan Tabuan and you will meet another set of traffic lights at the intersection
of Jalan Tabuan, Jalan Simpang Tiga, Jalan Mendu and Jalan Batu Lintang.
7. Continue 4km straight down Jalan Simpang Tiga until you reach Simpang Tiga Flyover / roundabout.
8. Take your 2nd left exit off Jalan Simpang Tiga into Jalan Wan Alwi. (Notice King's Commercial
Centre right in front of you)
9. Go 2.7km straight down Jalan Wan Alwi until you reach Taman Stutong Roundabout. (Notice Shell
petrol kiosk, Tabuan Jaya shop houses after the traffic lights, Petronas petrol kiosk and Lodge School
on your left.)
10. Take the 2nd exit to your left and enter the road going to Kota Samarahan. (Notice SIA Plaza
building on the left side of the road)
11. Drive 1.3km until you reach a roundabout, by now you can see the main entrance to Sama Jaya Free
Industrial Zone on your left.
12. Enter Sama Jaya Free Industrial Zone and drive straight. You will come across 3 roundabout within
the Industrial Zone.
13. Turn right at the 3rd roundabout and proceed 0.3km to Silicon Drive. You will find the entrance to
X-FAB on your left. Stop by for your entrance pass.
