Clinical Interview
The clinical interview was conducted to gather information, develop rapport and to inform
and motivate the patient for recovery. (Cohen-Cole, 1991).
The clinical interview was conducted by the therapist with the teacher of the client to get
background information, history of present illness and presenting complaints of the client

Behavioral Observation:
The client was wearing a neat uniform. His hair were properly combed, even her
shoes were polished. The client was very social and expressive child. He seemed to be
happy when initially the therapist talked to him .therapist. He was busy some activity like
completing shapes. She was very confident and was not involved with the therapist. When
the therapist repeatedly called name he responded to the therapist. He was not a
compliant cooperative child when some educational task was offered. he was very
welcoming with other children and involved himself cheerfully in games and recreational
activities. He had a hobbit oft thumb sucking.. When the therapist ordered him to stop
thumb sucking, he responded positively. He was fond of playing type activities. The
rapport was easily built with the therapist as reinforcement was provided he seemed to
have varying mood as he suddenly started tearing the page he was coloring and
throwing colors.

Teacher rating
Subjective rating requires that you, the client, or another person make a relative judgment
coning the extent ,frequency and duration of targeted phenomena or behavior.therapist
can use 10 You could then ask the client and perhaps her partner as well to use subjective
rating form or 10 point rating scale for this purpose or rate the behavior in range of least
to most(Cournoyer,B 2008).

Formal Assessment
Formal assessment was done in the administration of PGEE the mother
helped to mark the behaviors the was able to perform and the
developmental progress of client.
