about child obesity, a social issue
that has been with us for a long
time.
why we choose this social ??????????
we think child obesity will increase. In Hong Kong, we
live in a busy social
We do every thing very fast so we eat fast food many
time.
Now in HK, one children is obesity among per 4.1 children

25 to 29.9 - overweight
30 and above – obese

． Provide healthy foods to students
． Hold some healthy lectures
． Give less homework and fewer exams

． Eat more vegetables and fruits
． Control their diet
． Do enough exercise everyday

Obesity affect all ages people Obesity will
decrease
quality of life. It also will affect all daily life.

problem. The problem are out of our control.
So ,we must keep ourselves fit.
If we cannot do that we may be lose a lot of important
things, such as health ,relationship, opportunity.

So ,we must keep our BMI under 25.Also we must have a

health diet and do enough exercise .

Then you may have a health body and will not become
overweight.
