Reliance net connect

Hey here are some points:

1. Write about the price that every one is charging high price except reliance and blaze so
customer may have the perception of less price less quality…..
2. I think the customers are looking for some more services for e.g recharging it online!!
3. There are certain places where reliance net connect signal is not well hence some customers are
not satisfied
4. I think reliance are not delivering up to their promise which they show in their add
5. I think we have to be more trust worthy brand for the customers we have to give the promise to
the customers and we have to deliver it
6. I think we can give them registration and pin number in the internet so that they can check the
bill and can recharge it anytime they want…they can also put up queries if they have any
7. Apart from these our device is fast in some areas where there is good signals and its also fast in
the trains
8. I think reliance is only used for home not for the office so a large segmentation of a market is
getting lost somewhere…we have to make it as a dual use
9. I think there is some problem with the customer service too…we can have their own registration
and pin number to avoid that problem
10. The star rating of the product is also good in comparing to the other product
