Manage Tab >> Project Units. To set Project Unit to meters

Double click elevation view to add level and edit elevation
Click Grid to add cross section view and add another in each
grid by type distance
Double click level1 under structural plan to open plan view
Click Grid to add another grid and add another in each grid
by type distance
Click Isolated foundation under Home Tab to add
foundation on grid line
Click cross grid line to insert foundation
Click on foundation item to modify or click edit family to edit existing family
Select another family by select from list
Click instance properties to modify each item properties
Click type properties to modify family properties
Edit family shape and load into project
Click duplicate to add another type of family
Edit Type properties by change dimension of type
Select or create another type for edit each family type
Edit instance properties each item for level, offset, footing
material and etc.
Click Column and select structural column to add column
Select column family and click on grid to add column
Edit Instance properties and Type properties to change
property of column
Click Beam under home tab to add beam
Select beam family and drag along beam direction
Edit Instance properties and Type properties to change property of beam
Click Floor under Home Tab and select structural floor to
add slab
Select rectangular or line to draw boundary of slab
Draw slab boundary by drag along grid line and click finish
Click Wall under Home Tab and select structural wall to add
wall
Select rectangular or line to draw wall
Click Stairs under Home Tab and select run or boundary to add stairs
Select run to create direction up and down of stair (this picture)
Select boundary to draw side boundary of stair
Click finish to finish draw and add stair to project
