Introduction:

Flexibility capable of begin bent, usually without breaking,


easily bent.

Opposite toe pull, side benders, modified lotus and calf stretches
is a flexibility that you can stretch them with your joints .Health –
Related Fitness is physical fitness primarily associated with
disease prevention and functional health. Health related fitness
has five components: cardiovascular fitness, body composition,
Flexibility, Muscle strengths, and endurance.

Body:

I’m Focusing in flexibility stretching help to modified this, which is


a component of Health.

My one component is flexibility which was health-related fitness


and my activity is opposite toe pull, side benders, modified lotus,
and lower calf stretches. I can explain how it related with my
activity well skill-related is different from health because it 6
component focuses on sport skills than health but with my
activity, if l had to choose a skill-related.

Conclusion:

In the summer, I will maintain health-related fitness and skill-


related fitness because I will improve on cardiovascular fitness
because it can work on extended period of time, heart pump, and
blood vessels. That’s what I attend to do improving my
cardiovascular because I’m doing running, swimming, and
probably walking. Skill-related is not what I try to improve myself.
