HF1&HF2 ACTIVITY REPORT

HIGH VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER

Shut down high voltage transformer and perform PM

Inspect and check insulation, electrical loads and terminal connections

Tight all bolts and nuts

Checked and test all fuses

Cleaned internal and external compartments

Performed insulation resistance test

INSULATION RESISTANCE TEST READING:

Line to Line @1000v dc

L1-L2 = 2000 M ohms

L2-L3 = 2000 M ohms

L3-L1 = 2000 M ohms

Line to Ground @1000v dc

L1-X0 = 2000 M ohms

L2-X0 = 2000 M ohms

L3-X0= 2000 M ohms

Remarks: High voltage transformer for HF1 and HF2 are operational and in good

running condition.

GENERATOR CONTROL SYSTEM

Perform PM on Generator 1 and 2

Clean internal and external parts

Clean generator filters

Check and inspect control panels, electrical and electronic parts

Check fuses and electrical loads

Re-tight terminal loads

AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCHES (ATS)

Performed trouble shooting

Checked all fuses and relays

Checked all electrical and electronic parts

Cleaned inside and outside panel

Tight bolts and nuts

Replaced busted lumps

Perform sequence test for ATS1 & ATS2

Line to Line

L1-L2 = 480 V

L2-L3 = 480 V

L3-L1 = 480 V

Line to Ground

L1-X0 = 277 V

L2-X0 = 277 V

L3-X0 = 277 V

Remarks: All generators for HF1 & HF2 are operational. ATS 1&2 for HF1 and Hf2
are properly working by transferring of loads from commercial power to
generator and vice versa.
