Dear teacher

Kindly note down the following points regarding environment audit

1. each house has to submit:

a) a report, the details of which are mentioned in point no. 2

b) CD (presentation) for addressing various environmental issues in the world and future plans
to protect the environment around

c) a file of all activities done last year by the school to protect the environment

2. the report should cover the following topics in our school premises:

a. judicious use of water

b. judicidous use of electricity

c. judicious use of paper

d. pollution control

e. waste disposal

f. greenery in the school campus

h. any other environmental issue

With respect to each topic, the report should deal with:

o present scenario
o positive steps being taken in the school regarding the above
o suggestions for future improvement

the report has to be well supplemented by mathematical data, pictorial representation and graphical
representation

the report, CD and file have to be submit on June 9, 2011
