LEARN TO TEACH TAI CHI

Peter Hill's G.E.T.I.T. INTEGRATIVE ARTS Programs brings you the


BESTof the East and the West with the World Martial Tai Chi
Integrative Arts Program. Teaming with Grandmaster Jin Heng Li, they
help you to g.e.t.i.t together to learn to teach and promote taichi in
your school or fitness center.

West - TaiChi is a low impact aerobic exercise that promotes


flexibility, enhanced circulation, increased tendon/ligament strength,
promotes strong bones (compression exercises) reduces stress, and
improves performance in ANY MARTIAL ART and ANY SPORTS
PROGRAM!!!!

East - TaiChi cultivates the linking energy between the physical body
and the energy body promoting the three treasures of chi/ki: vitality,
energy and spirit. The student through the B.ody E.nergy A.nd M.ind
training becomes a B.E.A.M. that edifies/supports or enlightens
whatever they choose to give their energy to.
Study is available through distance learning and educational video
workshops that help you unlock the mystery of taichi so it is easy to
learn and teach. Certification is available for rank sashes and
instructor levels based on competency.

S.T.A.R. and B.E.A.M. are foundational tai chi programs that are
great for
activity and health professionals and anyone wishing to start an
exercise program in independent living, assisted living or long term
care facilities. These programs are currently taught and certified in

Level 1 - Essentials of chi gung (energy work) and taichi. 11 video


workshops take you through the foundation of this great art! These
sets are great for ALL ages and ALL levels of ability since they are
adaptable to any situation.

Level 2 - Advanced Essentials that will challenge the best athletes and
yet adaptable for beginners. 2 video workshops

Level 3 - Beijing Short Form (also known as the 24 form) the most
popular form in China is taught in 4 video workshop segments
compressed on one video tape.
Learn to see how taichi is the mother of all arts and how the hard arts
are a reflection of the soft. Easy to learn. Geared toward black belts
and fitness professionals. Also available for level 3: 13 Integrated
Form, Yang, Wu and Chen Short Forms
Level 4 - This level is chosen and determined by the goals of the
student in conjunction with Master Hill and Master Li
