CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract of lease made entered into this 14 th day of April , 2011 at Baguio City , Philippines
by and between

The LESSOR:

Marivic Magno , of legal age , Filipino , single and resident of Loakan Proper , Baguio City .

- And –

The LESSEE:

Elmie B. Manansala , of legal age , married , Filipino and resident of #71 Bubon Loakan
Proper , Baguio City.

-WITNESSETH-

That the LESSOR hereby leases unto the LESSEE , and the latter hereby accepts in the lease
from the former , the premises located at Loakan Proper , Baguio City under the following terms and
conditions:

1. RENTALS :
The monthly rental shall be Five Thousand Pesos , ( P 5,00.00) , Philippine Currency to be paid by
the LESSEE to the LESSOR on or before 14 th day of each month .
2. The LESSEE shall comply to any and all laws , ordinances , regulations or orders of the National
or City Government authorities arising from or regarding the use , occupation or sanitation of
the leased premises.
